After speaking with the director on the phone for about 30 minutes, I immediately felt comfortable and reassured, and that was before I even visited the academy! Once I toured the facility, I knew it was the perfect fit for my children and me.

My family and I had a difficult time finding the right daycare for our son. We tried two different centers, but unfortunately, we weren’t completely happy with either one. Then someone recommended Inquiring Minds Learning Academy to us.

The children at Inquiring Minds are learning, growing, and thriving every day. My son started in June and attended their summer camp program, and I am amazed at how much he has learned in just two months! I can already see so much growth and progress in him.

I really like this daycare center. the staff is so nice and helpful. The director is amazing she has a really calming and loving spirit. My daughter loves it at Inquiring Minds. She's learning so much and talking so clear. the building is really clear and smells fresh. Nice safe, clean, loving environment.
Inquiring Minds is a great place for children to learn and grow, The building is always clean it is smells so good. When you walk through the doors such a pleasant smell hits you. My childs diaper is always dry when I pick up. He face is always clean. Staff is very pleasant. My son has learned so much since he started. He can spell his name and tell you his age and birthdate. Inquiring minds is a great place so happy we found this place.
We often hear about children not being ready or failing in school. What an awesome opportunity to get your child up and ready for success early! The owner has worked with many educators and children before venturing out on her own servicing, educating and getting the babies ready for the world of knowledge. She's an educator, parent, caring and loving so don't miss the opportunity of placing your child in excellent hands. I stand behind what she is doing with touching the hearts of children.
Latraya Shepard is phenomenal, and great at what she does. My son was one of her first kids at age 2, and by the time he went to pre k 4 he knew his phonics like no one’s business. She takes the time to nurture the kids, she gives them confidence, and I’m extremely confident that she played a huge role in why my son is such a great reader today at age 7. I also sent my daughter to Latraya. She was going to another school before that and I noticed that she was unable to spell her name and recognize some of her letters. I immediately took my daughter out of that school and sent her to inquiring minds learning Academy (I.M.L.A) Within a couple of weeks my daughter was spelling her name, and was improving drastically with letter recognition, and her phonics. I’m extremely grateful to Latraya, I wish she could follow my kids throughout each grade and be their teacher. Between the fact that Latraya is very creative with teaching, nurturing, kind hearted, and overall just a beautiful being. Inquiring minds learning academy definitely gets my vote when it comes to an excellent learning environment. Get your kids registered, between what they will learn with Latraya, and if you as a parent keep that momentum at home. Your kid will be unstoppable!
My son has been at Inquiring Minds Childcare for 4 years. My past experiences with childcare were great with my other children. My experience with Latraya has been AMAZING. FROM DAY ONE my child has felt like apart of her family. When I pull off everyday during drop off I never look back or worry because he is in good hands. Besides safety and caring my son has learned so much. As he transitions in to Kindergarten I am sure he will do just fine. Academically he is beyond his years. He knows how to count in Spanish, he knows how to spell his name and write it. He knows a lot about science, animals, nature. He already knows simple math including some multiplication. Inquiring Minds Childcare is more that just a center to take care of kids, it is also a place where children grow, learn and are nurtured. I love it here!
