Your child must have
Up to date physical forms on file.
Up-to-date immunization records on file.
Full payment at the time of drop-off
No late pick-ups during Saturday and Sunday Academy.
There is a $15 late fee due the same day during pick - up if your child is picked up late. If your child is picked up late they're not able to return the following weekend.
Please No Late Pick-ups
If your child does have a behavioral issue during S&S Academy, you will be called to pick your child up immediately. On the weekends, we don’t have enough staff to accommodate behavioral issues. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If your child has a behavioral issue during Saturday’ s and Sunday’s Academy, they will not be able to return to S and S Academy.
